RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are committed to our customers satisfaction as we create quality Sénica™ products

CANCELLATIONS

If an order cancellation is requested, the order total will be refunded, minus the non refundable processing fee charged by PayPal or the payment option selected during checkout. An order cannot be canceled once it has been processed for shipping. Please make sure you intend to place an order before you enter your payment information on our site & submit the order. Within minutes of order placement customers are emailed an order confirmation, please check your junk folder for this confirmation. Please reference your order confirmation email, FAQ page for current order processing times.

SHIPPING
Shipping is available to the continental United States and outlying U.S. Territories, Canada, APO and FPO Military AND Internationally. Rates vary based on the weight and the number of items ordered. Orders shipped within the U.S. are shipped via US Postal Service and/or UPS. Prices may also vary for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Orders are generally processed within 3-7 business days (or as indicated on our e-store news box). Order delivery is based on the shipping option you selected during checkout. Shipping notifications are generally sent out for orders sent via USPS and UPS.

INSURANCE
We recommend insuring your package for your protection. Sénica™ is not responsible for uninsured packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen. USPS Insurance: Per the US Postal Service, the cost of shipping is not covered. International customers, please let us know in the “Special Instructions or Order Comments” section on the payment page during the checkout process if you would like to purchase insurance and we will add it to the shipping total. If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials so that we can assist you in filing an insurance claim.
