We do not have an order pickup option. Processing times are listed below and included in your order confirmation email. Please keep in mind if you are pre-ordering an item or order a 'made to order item' like refills, this may extend your order processing time. Thank you for your patience and support.

If a product is shown as out of stock, then it is not available.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Orders ship within 10-14 business days of order, the transit time varies based on your location. We do not have an order pickup option.

Shipping times may be extended during busy seasons and this time frame is updated accordingly. We ship primarily via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number and shipment date as soon as your label is created at the email address used on your order. Your package is usually trackable within 24-48 hours if it has been scanned by USPS/UPS. Tracking information for international orders may not be available once it leaves the U.S.

Shipping
Shipping Rates - rates are determined by our primary shipping carriers USPS/UPS. If an issue occurs with generating an accurate rate, we will contact you to rectify.

Free Shipping - on occasion Sénica offers free shipping on certain order amounts or with a code. Free shipping is for standard USPS First Class Mail and on occasion USPS Priority Mail, at our discretion. Should you require expedited shipping, please contact us to arrange accordingly.

ReturnsDue to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are committed to creating quality products.

Damages - In the event of damage, please contact us within two (2) business days of delivery with proof of all damage. Delivery date is the date your order was scanned as delivered by USPS/UPS/Courier. We are unable to process any damage claims outside of this time frame. Contact us with the information listed below by replying to your order confirmation email or email us at senicanaturals (at) gmail.com. The manner in which claims are addressed is at the discretion of Sénica. 

**Please gather all of the following before emailing us**
+ A photo of all damaged items. We are unable to replace items that are not clearly damaged or show product loss.
+ A photo of the external packaging your order arrived in with shipping label AND your invoice/order number.
+ Store the damaged items in a secure container until we confirm receipt of the items listed above and next steps. Do not attempt to use any of the product from the damaged products.
Examples of delivery time frames. If your order arrives on Monday or any other weekday, we require contact with all the information listed above by 11:59 p.m., Wednesday., Central Standard Time. If your order is delivered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we require contact with all the information listed above by 11:59 p.m., Tuesday., Central Standard Time.


Gift card codes and discount codes.
If you are using more than one gift card, please enter each code individually. You'll have to press the enter button or arrow to apply the code and repeat for each code. There is no limit on the number of gift cards that can be applied to your order. You can enter additional payment information, once you've maxed out your gift card balance, if there is a balance due on your order.
 
We offer discount codes on occasion and usage is limited to one per transaction. Restrictions/exclusions do apply to codes including bundles and Select items within the Sénica range. Codes may only be used once per person unless otherwise stated. One code may be used per order and cannot be combined. Code must be entered at checkout to be redeemed. We are unable to apply a code after checkout is completed. The code field for gift cards and discount cards is indicated in the photo below.

How long do Sénica products last?
Product Shelf Life
We recommend purchasing a quantity of product you can use within a reasonable amount of time, 6-12 months from purchase date is generally recommended for products, 6 months for water based products.

Sénica uses naturally derived, organic, and food-grade ingredients at the foundation of every product. While products may be useable beyond that time frame, keep in mind that oils, butters, etc., naturally degrade over time which can affect the product quality and performance – even in water-free products.

Always store products in a cool dry area, preferably away from sunlight and moisture.

Does Sénica offer mail order options?
Mail order options have been discontinued. For alternate invoicing and payment options please contact us at info (at) senicanaturals.com. Shopify Payments & PayPal are Sénica’s preferred invoicing and payment processors.

My Shea Moisturizer/ Blemish Balm melted and now it looks/feels gritty.  Is it still good? This also applies to moisturizers that may be a bit firmer in the colder months.
Yes, it is still good. Shea butter, cocoa butter and other natural butters can change texture when exposed to high temperatures due to the fat content. When the product melts and re-solidifies, it can assume a different texture. This is more likely during the hot summer months or in tropical climates.  The product is still good and the heat from your body melts the “gritty” pellets allowing smooth application.  You can easily recreate a smooth texture. Here’s how:

1. Careful melt the moisturizer in a warm/hot water bath or microwave. (Warm/hot water bath or double broiler is our preferred option as the latter can affect the benefits of the ingredients.)

2. Once melted, quick cool using an ice bath or placing in the refrigerator/freezer for a few minutes until the mixture is cloudy or starts to thicken.

3. Gently stir or whip using a popsicle stick or utensil. Let cool completely.

I am interested in your products can you send me samples? We are currently unable to provide product samples. If you are interested in trying any of our products, we recommend selecting the smallest size available in the product of your choice. Our trial + travel sizes are a great starting point, . At Sénica we make an effort to make each order extra special. Generally, each order receives a complimentary sample(s) of our most popular products.
